I love to travel and explore the world around me and often that means day-trips in my own "backyard"... A few years ago, my friend and I decided to explore the Alberta Badlands and Drumheller area. So we hopped in my car one weekend and took off, often stopping along the way to admire the beauty of the Prairies and the contrasts of the Alberta geography. Once in the unique (and moonscape like) Badlands, we explored the famous Royal Tyrell Museum marveling at the awesome sights and discoveries and then spent the remainder of the day in the scree-covered Badlands, under the beating sun, surrounded by furnace-like heat looking for dinosaur bones, amber and other fossils. It was hard, grueling work looking for signs of our past, but made bearable and best of all fun, due to Muskol...
The mosquitoes that day would have given T-Rex serious competition with their swarming, buzzing, biting frenzy; they were the size of Pterodactyls and just as blood-thirsty!!! Yikes!!! It was a good thing that I thoroughly doused myself in Muskol Spray before leaving and then re-applied before trekking into the Badlands looking for dinosaur bones. I would have been eaten alive otherwise! I knew I could trust Muskol to keep me safe and it allowed me to freely explore this gorgeous region and revel in the discovery of fossils... Thanks to Muskol, the day was fabulous!
